## Help improve Quant and Vela [#help-improve-quant-and-vela]

**Help improve Quant and Vela** lets us use how you use Vela and Quant, including your chats and scripts, to develop and improve our products and the technology behind them. It is on by default, and you can turn it off at any time.

    Under **Privacy**, use the **Help improve Quant and Vela** switch.

## Updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy [#updated-terms-of-service-and-privacy-policy]

Our updated [Terms of Service](https://luxalgo.com/legal/terms-of-service) and [Privacy Policy](https://luxalgo.com/legal/privacy-policy) take effect on **October 20, 2026**. They explain how we use your activity on Vela and Quant to improve our products, and how to turn that off. Until then, a card in the app announces the date, with a shortcut to **Privacy settings**.

Signing up or continuing with Google, Facebook or Discord means you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as the line under the sign-in buttons says.
