  Strategy Alerts run strategies found through [Strategy Screener](/platform/ai-backtesting/introduction). They send notifications when a strategy enters or exits a trade. Real-time alerts currently apply to Strategy Screener strategies.

Create an alert from a Strategy Screener result to follow its long entries, short entries, and exits. See [Creating Alerts](/platform/ai-strategy-alerts/creating-alerts) for the steps.

LuxAlgo users may use our alerts system to receive notifications in the form of in app notifications within our app, emails, or make use of our integrated webhooks for more advanced usage through third party platforms such as automated trading.

  The allowance is **Free** 5, **Essential** 50, **Premium** 100, **Ultimate** 200, and **AI Ultra** 500.

<Accordion title="Can I send emails from triggered alerts?">
  Yes, users can enable emails to be sent when an alert triggers.

<Accordion title="Can I create custom alerts?">
  Currently alerts are limited to the supported tickers and timeframes, as well as the available strategies in our database.

<Accordion title="Can I use webhooks?">
  **Premium**, **Ultimate**, and **AI Ultra** include webhook automation, with up to 4 webhooks for a single alert. Free and Essential include strategy alerts without webhooks.

<Accordion title="Can I auto trade with alerts?">
  On **Premium**, **Ultimate**, and **AI Ultra**, webhooks can integrate with third-party automation platforms to place orders.

  We do not guarantee the proper execution of orders nor the arrival of requests to set webhooks.

<Accordion title="Can alerts be delayed?">
  Yes, it is possible for alerts to be delayed depending on the load on our systems and other external factors.

<Accordion title="Are alerts based on futures delayed by 15 minutes?">
  No, alerts created from strategies on futures use a real-time data feed.

<Accordion title="What happens if I cancel, downgrade, or pause my subscription?">
  Cancelling renewal keeps your paid access until the end of the paid period. When that period ends, your account moves to Free, existing strategy alerts are paused, and their webhooks are switched off. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period and pause running alerts. See [Billing](/platform/account/billing) and [Cancel your subscription](/platform/account/cancel).

  Pausing a monthly subscription stops paid access during the pause. Review your plan and alert status before relying on notifications or automation.

<Accordion title="Are my alerts deleted if I cancel my subscription?">
  Cancelling renewal does not immediately delete your alerts. Saved alerts remain tied to your account. After a plan change, review their status and your current alert allowance before reactivating them; webhook automation requires Premium or above.
