## Access [#access]

    Sign up on [luxalgo.com](https://luxalgo.com) and log in. When you sign up with email, enter the 6-digit code we email you on the same screen to confirm your account. Charting is in the browser with Vela, our next-generation charting platform, at [vela.luxalgo.com](https://vela.luxalgo.com/chart).   <Accordion title="Which plan should I choose?">
    **Free** includes charts, Quant with 500 monthly credits, and the Orderflow Suite with 1 day of lookback.

    **Essential** adds the full Library, live CME futures data, 30 days of Orderflow lookback, 50 strategy alerts, and 2,000 monthly credits.

    **Premium** includes the full LuxAlgo Library, unlimited tools per chart, live CME futures data, 90 days of Orderflow lookback, 100 strategy alerts with webhooks, and 5,000 monthly credits for Quant, our coding agent.

    **Ultimate** adds 25,000 monthly credits, 1 year of Orderflow lookback, 200 strategy alerts, and 100 saved workspaces.

    **AI Ultra** adds 100,000 monthly credits, full-history Orderflow lookback, 50,000 historical bars, 500 strategy alerts, and 200 saved workspaces. All plans have the same 16-chart allowance per tab.

  <Accordion title="What are monthly credits?">
    Monthly credits power Quant, our coding agent, and the Strategy Screener, from one shared balance. The monthly allowance by plan:

    * **Free**: 500
    * **Essential**: 2,000
    * **Premium**: 5,000
    * **Ultimate**: 25,000
    * **AI Ultra**: 100,000

    The balance resets on the first of every month, and unused monthly credits don't carry over. See [Monthly credits](/platform/account/credits).

  <Accordion title="Do I need to know how to code?">
    No. Quant, our coding agent, does the coding: tell it the logic you want, and it writes, tests, and runs the script on your chart. If you do write Pine Script®, open [**Pine editor**](/platform/charts/pine-editor) in Vela to review or edit it.

  <Accordion title="What markets are supported?">
    [Charts](/platform/charts/introduction) include real-time stocks, ETFs, crypto, forex, and commodities on every plan, including Free. Live CME futures data is included with every paid plan.

    Timeframes and order-flow tools depend on the symbol; see [Data](/platform/charts/data).

  <Accordion title="What platforms does it work with?">
    Chart and build in Vela at [vela.luxalgo.com](https://vela.luxalgo.com/chart). You can copy generated Pine Script® if you want to run a script elsewhere. The [Library](https://luxalgo.com/library) also includes indicators for MetaTrader, NinjaTrader, and Thinkorswim.

  <Accordion title="Can I automate my trades?">
    Webhook alerts are available on **Premium**, **Ultimate**, and **AI Ultra**. [Strategy Alerts](/platform/ai-strategy-alerts/introduction) run strategies from [Strategy Screener](/platform/ai-backtesting/introduction). Free and Essential include strategy alerts without webhook automation.

  <Accordion title="Can I win every trade using this?">
    No, and be suspicious of anyone who claims otherwise. No tool or strategy predicts markets with guaranteed accuracy, and ours make no such claim. Trading is risky, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

  <Accordion title="Is LuxAlgo beginner friendly?">
    Yes. If you can describe your idea, you can build it. Every plan includes tutorials and a highly active community with 24/7 peer support. Start simple.

  <Accordion title="How is the paid platform different from the free Library?">
    [Vela](/platform/charts/introduction), [Quant](/platform/quant/introduction), and the Library's free indicators are available on Free. Paid plans add the full Library, live CME futures, and higher allowances for credits, history, workspaces, and strategy alerts. Premium and above also include webhook automation and Quant code repair. [Strategy Screener](/platform/ai-backtesting/introduction) shares the same credit balance as Quant.

  <Accordion title="When is a signal confirmed?">
    A signal is confirmed when its candle closes. [Strategy Alerts](/platform/ai-strategy-alerts/introduction) only fire on confirmed events.

## Billing [#billing]

  <Accordion title="How do I cancel?">
    Open the **Plan & Credits** page of your account ([app.luxalgo.com/account/plan](https://app.luxalgo.com/account/plan)) and select **Cancel subscription** on your plan card. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Step by step: [Cancel your subscription](/platform/account/cancel).

  <Accordion title="How do I reactivate my subscription?">
    Before your paid period ends, select **Undo Cancellation** on your plan card on the **Plan & Credits** page. After it ends, choose a plan again on that page or on the [pricing page](https://www.luxalgo.com/pricing/), signed in to the same account you used before.

  <Accordion title="Can I change my plan anytime?">
    Yes, from the **Plan & Credits** page. Upgrades take effect immediately and convert your unused time into time on the new plan; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. See [Billing](/platform/account/billing).

  <Accordion title="How do discounts work?">
    Sale prices apply to purchases made while a sale is running and, unless the offer says otherwise, to the first payment only. Renewals bill at the standard rate. Only one discount applies per purchase, and changing plans removes a discount from your subscription.

    Annual billing has a lower equivalent monthly price. Compare current rates on [Plans](/platform/account/plans).

  <Accordion title="Is there a free trial?">
    No. LuxAlgo is free to start, and the Free plan has no time limit. Instead of a trial, paid plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first subscription payment; see [Refunds](/platform/account/refunds).

  <Accordion title="Will the price of my subscription ever change?">
    Your plan renews at the then-current standard rate for your plan. The renewal date and amount are shown at checkout, in your account, and on your invoices. Coupons and sale prices apply to the first payment only, unless the offer says otherwise.

    If LuxAlgo makes a material change to your subscription terms, such as recurring charges or renewal terms, you're told by email in advance and can cancel before it takes effect.

  <Accordion title="How long does it take to get access after purchasing?">
    Access is instant. Log in on [luxalgo.com](https://luxalgo.com) after purchasing to use the features included with your plan.

  <Accordion title="What is your refund policy?">
    Every paid plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first subscription payment: email [support@luxalgo.com](mailto:support@luxalgo.com) within 30 days of that payment.
