Commercial License Access
Manage the developer roster and understand how license endings and seat reductions affect access to the private Vela Pro repository.
The open-source core of Vela by LuxAlgo is documented in this section. Its commercial tier, Vela Pro, has a private repository whose access follows your commercial license. This page covers that repository access; the Developer License Agreement governs your license terms.
Developer roster
Open Commercial Plans in the account that holds your developer license to manage its GitHub usernames. Each developer should use the GitHub account listed on the roster and accept the repository invitation sent to that account.
When a license ends
When a developer-seat, Business or Enterprise license ends, the developers on its roster lose access to the private Vela Pro repository, and pending invitations are cancelled. A GitHub username that is also listed on another live license keeps repository access through that license.
When seats decrease
If the paid seat count falls below the number of developers on the roster, access is removed for the developers listed last, starting with the most recently added, until the roster fits the new seat count. Review the roster before reducing seats so the developers who still need access remain covered.
If access is missing
Check that your commercial license is active, the developer's GitHub username is on its roster, and the invitation has been accepted using that GitHub account. If those are correct and access is still missing, contact support@luxalgo.com.
