How do I get access?
Sign up on luxalgo.com and log in. Charting is in the browser at luxalgo.com/quant. See Workspaces and Charts.
Which plan should I choose?
Premium includes the workspace, Quant with 5,000 monthly AI credits to build indicators and strategies from plain language, and the rest of the paid toolset.
Ultimate is the most popular choice: 25,000 monthly AI credits, plus the separate AI Strategies product and deeper optimization.
AI Ultra is the top tier: 100,000 monthly AI credits, the deepest history and chart limits, and everything in Ultimate.

What are AI credits?
AI credits are the fuel behind LuxAlgo AI. Quant uses them to generate and edit scripts. The monthly allotment by plan:
- Free: 500
- Premium: 5,000
- Ultimate: 25,000
- AI Ultra: 100,000
Credits reset on the first of every month.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Describe your logic in plain language and Quant builds it. If you do write Pine Script®, open Code on the workspace to review or edit it.

What markets are supported?
What platforms does it work with?
Chart and build at luxalgo.com/quant. You can copy generated Pine Script® if you want to run a script elsewhere. The Library also includes indicators for MetaTrader, NinjaTrader, and Thinkorswim.
Can I automate my trades?
Webhook alerts are available on Premium, Ultimate, and AI Ultra. Strategy Alerts is a separate legacy product for TradingView toolkit signals.
Can I win every trade using this?
No, and be suspicious of anyone who claims otherwise. No tool or strategy predicts markets with guaranteed accuracy, and ours make no such claim. Trading is risky, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
Is LuxAlgo beginner friendly?
Yes. If you can describe your idea, you can build it. Every plan includes tutorials and a highly active community with 24/7 peer support. Start simple.
How is the paid platform different from the free Library?
The Library is a collection of free indicators. The paid platform is the workspace plus Quant. AI Strategies and Strategy Alerts are a separate legacy product.
When is a signal confirmed?
A signal is confirmed when its candle closes. Strategy Alerts only fire on confirmed events.
Billing
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging directly into your account on our website and accessing the billing page where you will find your subscription and a way to easily cancel it on your own.
Once your subscription has been canceled, you will have access for the rest of the time in the plan you purchased and you will not be charged again.
How do I reactivate my subscription?
You can re-activate a subscription that you previously cancelled by purchasing a plan again on our pricing page.
Once you select the plan you want to subscribe back with, make sure to login to the same account you used with your previous subscription.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or extend anytime from the pricing page while logged in. Upgrades convert your remaining time into days on the new plan, downgrades start when your current plan ends, and yearly plans can be extended up to three times.
How do discounts work?
During special limited-time offers, discounts are automatically applied and displayed on the pricing cards. They apply to the first payment of your subscription only.
You can always get up to 50% off the total price you'd pay monthly by choosing to pay annually on our plans.
Is there a free trial?
LuxAlgo is free to start. We also offer a 30 day money back guarantee on paid plans, so you can try the full platform risk free.
Will the price of my subscription ever change?
No, the price you signed up for is the price you will keep forever as long as you stay signed up. We will never change the price of your subscription. All members are grandfathered into the price they first signed up at regardless of any price increases we may do in the future.
Please keep in mind that all coupons used on LuxAlgo.com are for the first interval of your subscription only. All future billing intervals aside from the first one will be at the full price of the subscription you chose.
How long does it take to get access after purchasing?
Access is instant. Log in on luxalgo.com right after sign-up and the full platform is ready to use.
What is your refund policy?
If you're within 30 days of your first initial purchase, you can request a refund by getting in touch with our live human support team from contacting support@luxalgo.com or by requesting to speak to a human if you've already reached out on our website so a team member can help you with this directly.
